Ordering process
Ordering from Webblouse is very easy. Do you see a product you want to order? Then select the version and clothing size. Then click on "add to shopping cart".
Are you done shopping? Click on the shopping cart to view your products. You can still make changes here. You will also see an overview of all your data and what the (possible) shipping costs are.
You can then pay for your order and choose to pay immediately or afterwards.
Other costs
All mentioned prices include VAT. For orders under € 50, - you pay € 5.35 delivery costs.
Complaints
If you have a complaint about our products or our service, you can contact us at info@webblouse.nl. You will receive a substantive response from us within 14 days of receipt of your complaint.
Should you disagree with the solution or will we not be able to work it out together? Then you can submit your complaint to the Disputes Committee via the European ODR Platform (https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/).
Guarantee
The legal warranty applies to all items that you purchase from us. A legal guarantee means that a product is or must do what the consumer can reasonably expect from it.
Pay
You can pay with us by iDEAL, Visa or Mastercard. You can also pay afterwards via Sofort. We do not charge extra costs for any of the methods.
Delivery
When your order is completed, you will receive a Track & Trace code to track your order. Within the Netherlands we send the packages via PostNL. Orders ordered before 4.30 pm will be delivered the next day. Are you not at home? Then the delivery person tries to deliver it to the neighbors or is offered the next day.
The shipping costs for orders under € 50 are € 5.35. Orders from € 50, - are shipped for free.
